When it opens, the customer service area will be comfortable and a separate play space for the kids includes a treasure chest, toys and books.
“Customers tell us over and over again that our eye exam is the best they ever had,” Hacker said. “This is because our staff takes the time to fully explain exactly what is going on with a patient’s eyes throughout the entire process.”
“As you can see, we have gone to great lengths to create a family environment,” Hacker said. “This is what separates us from the competition.”
Teske is direct when talking about his patients.
"Our goal is to exceed patient expectations.” he said.” We want our patients to feel comfortable and at ease, just like family. We love helping people see better and educate everyone how to maintain that great eye health and sharp vision."
Teske uses state-of-the art diagnostic equipment in his practice. Using drops for eye dilation is now a thing of the past. A new machine, called an Optomap provides a 200-degree view of the retina. Patient’s simply look into the machine and the doctor can make the diagnosis.
The doctor will also be active in the local community.
