A 65-year-old New Port Richey woman escaped injury after crashing into a home Saturday.
NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — A 65-year-old New Port Richey woman escaped injury after crashing into a home Saturday.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 9:33 a.m., the woman was backing out of a driveway at 6823 Willits Ave. in a 2004 Chevy Avalanche when she hit the gas pedal instead of the brake, traveled across Willits Avenue and struck an empty home at 6822 Willits Ave.
