$15,000 Reward Offered for Plant High Student's Safe Return
Thomas David Reffue hasn't been seen since Sunday.

Family and friends of a missing Plant High School junior are offering a $15,000 reward for the teen’s safe return.
Thomas David Reffue, 17, was last seen in the New Tampa area just after midnight Sunday. His father, John Reffue, said he was driving his mother’s red 2009 Honda CR-V with Florida tag No. DQHS12 when he disappeared.
Thomas is described as being 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 201 pounds. He has blue eyes, brown hair and a full beard and mustache. Since Thomas requires medication, he is considered missing and endangered, his father posted on Facebook.
