After having ACL reconstructive surgery I was lucky to find Sport and Spine within close proximity to my home. Ryan is very knowledgable and guided me throughout the entire rehab process that took a couple of months. He help me get my full range of motion and strengthen my muscles as well as getting my agility back. Everyone was very encouraging and I was able to get back to playing the sports I love and my knee feels better than ever! The whole staff is awesome and friendly. I would highly recommend!
