A Night of Fashion

The Tampa Bay Fashion Week's official dates are September 15 - 22, 2012 but who am I to argue with celebrating all month long?  Surely a diva who lives in high heels will not at all argue that we stick to one week.  Wiregrass Mall apparently agreed with me.  On Thursday I spent a lively evening in the mall watching a style competition, a fashion show featuring many of the stores & hanging with movers and shakers in the industry of fashion.  Even the Mayor of Zephyrhills Steve Van Gorden got in on the action, he was the first model of the evening.

I must admit, many of the stores I have never ventured into, I considered them as not necessarily carrying anything that I would find appealing.  One such store was Coldwater Creek...boy was I wrong!  I fell in love with these 2 outfits, I especially like the black & white with the pop of color in the shoes.  Have a closer look at these adorable shoes (I didn't feature them here because they did not come from Coldwater Creek but they really helped make this ensemble stand out).

There were fashions from Dillards, Brighton, Cache and one of my personal favorites White House/Black Market.  There were so many stores represented that I will be honest, I was so caught up in the things I wanted to add to my "buy" list that I did not get all the names. So, I say just stop by Wiregrass & visit all the shoppes :-)  That's what I'm planning on doing.  No more preconcieved notions for me!
