The holidays are here! During this hectic time of year it's easy to forget just about anything. But this year, don't forget about your pets.

It is estimated that nearly 71 million American households have at least one pet and spend $41 billion on their pets annually, according to a recent article published by the Chicago Sun-Times.

To ensure that your beloved animals are cared for after your passing, the Florida Trust Code allows you to create a Trust for your pet ensuring they will be cared for. A Pet Trust will enable you to designate a certain amount of funds for the support and maintenance of your pets. You can also choose the person who will be able to utilize the funds you have established for the continued care of your animals.
