Burr & Forman Continues Florida Expansion With Financial Services Attorney in Tampa

Ashley M. Elmore Drew Joins the firm's Financial Services Litigation practice.

Tampa, Fla., Jan. 26, 2016 – Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of Ashley M. Elmore Drew to the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice. Based in the Tampa office, she advises clients on compliance and regulatory matters, foreclosures, bankruptcies and litigation matters. Elmore Drew’s arrival follows Burr & Forman’s recently announced expansion in Florida, which included the opening of a Jacksonville office earlier this month.

Elmore Drew works with financial institutions, including mortgage servicers and third-party providers, on federal regulatory matters, internal audits, vendor audits, procedure and contract review, and civil litigation matters. Burr & Forman’s Financial Services Litigation group regularly defends banks, credit card issuers, mortgage originators, mortgage servicers, auto finance companies, and debt collection / debt buying professionals, in class mass and individual actions throughout the country.

Elmore Drew earned her B.A. and M. A. degrees from the University of Central Florida and her law degree from Stetson University College of Law.
