Donald Trump's Tampa Rally: Where To Get Tickets

TAMPA, FL — Tampa Bay area residents who want a chance to hear Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump live will get the opportunity this Friday.

Trump has announced a rally at the USF Sun Dome Feb. 12 at 7 p.m. The event is scheduled on the heels of Tuesday’s New Hampshire Primary. Recent polls show the outspoken, controversial candidate in the lead of the Republican pack despite Trump’s loss to Sen. Ted Cruz in the Iowa caucus. Trump had a 17-point lead over Sen. Marco Rubio in a CNN poll released Sunday.

Tampa Bay area Trump supporters can get tickets for Friday’s rally on Trump’s website. The doors at the Sun Dome are expected to open at 5 p.m. with the rally set to begin at 7. There’s no cost to attend the rally at the 4202 E. Fowler Ave. venue.

Florida’s Presidential Preference Primary takes place March 15. The deadline for voters to register or change party affiliations for the closed primary is Feb. 16.
