Wharton HS students will be given the opportunity to "Pledge" to Not Text while Driving. Students will take part in several activities such as: Watching a 10 minutes AT&T distracted driver video and practice driving on a computer auto simulator. The event is sponsored by the school's PTSA and AT&T.  The goal of the program is to save lives; the lives of not only its past, present and future students but, for all those who visit our school physically and/or through cyberspace. Changing negative behaviors behind the steering wheel one life at a time.
