Live Music at Skipper's Smokehouse - James McMurtry

Catherine Cobb, Neighbor

Americana Texas native  McMurtry jamesmcmurtry.com long has been known as an astute, clear-eyed observer and concise, no-holds-barred chronicler of the human condition, but a growing socio-political edge fairly exploded just prior to the 2004 elections when his scathing, palace-rattling “We Can’t Make It Here” was made available online as a free download. Also with Americana performer Jonny Burke jonnyburke.com. Presented by WMNF, 88.5.

You can purchase advance tickets for WMNF shows here at Skipper's in person in the Oyster Bar during business hours, online or by calling the station during business hours at 813-238-8001.
