GULFCOAST LEGAL SERVICES, INC. PRESENTS - “NEW HOPE FOR HOMEOWNERS 2011” Hello and thank you!  We are attorneys at Gulfcoast Legal Services, Inc. –a  non-profit legal aid organization which has served the Tampa Bay area for over 30 years.  Gulfcoast Legal Services is providing an outreach program for 2011 to reach Florida homeowners who continue to struggle with the housing and foreclosure crisis in our area caused by the prolonged economic downturn.

Thank you for helping Gulfcoast Legal Services Inc., a non profit legal aid firm, spread the news about our NEW HOPE FOR HOMEOWNERS 2011 mission.  This year we will continue to reach out to our community homeowners who are facing what Alan Greenspan recently called the "the greatest financial crisis ever,"  to help them defend their homes, and to educate themselves about pre-foreclosure issues, the active foreclosure process, the Making Home Affordable modification program, and the continuing housing crisis.

The regional and state unemployment statistics were released on July 22, 2011 and
Florida still has crippling unemployment (10.6%) and more homes will be lost. .  http://www.bls.gov/news.release/laus.nr0.htm
