Rose Bilal performs a unique style of jazz reminiscent of Sarah Vaughan or Ella Fitzgerald. During the 1960s Bilal was the opener for the O'Jays, The Delphonics, Chubby Checker and many other great acts. Funded by the Friends of the New Tampa Regional Library.
