A brush fire has broken out in New Tampa near Freedom High School.
Tampa Fire Rescue units are responding to the call. No other details are available at this time.
This is the in the New Tampa area this month. On May 4, a fire threatened homes in the Easton Park area. It was extinguished before any damage was done to homes in the subdivision.
