The wait is over, lovers of Mexican food.
Taco Bus, the restaurant chain whose rise from humble beginnings 20 years ago is well-documented, will open its fourth location, at 2320 E. Fletcher Ave., today. The existing locations are in Seminole Heights, downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg.

The Fletcher Avenue site occupies space where Taqueria Monterrey — a sister restaurant — used to operate. Officials said the eatery has a “bit of a different concept” in that it will have family style seating. The menu will be the same as the other locations, however.
