Former Freedom High Students Found Dead in Jacksonville
The bodies of the two women were found on Thursday morning.

Motorists driving along Jacksonville’s Sisson Drive came across a grisly discovery early Thursday morning when they spotted the bodies of two women.
The discovery came just before 2 a.m., according to an email from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. The women, who have been identified as Angelia Ella Mangum, 19, and Tjhisha Monique Ball, 18, were pronounced dead at the scene. Both women have last known addresses in the North Tampa area and are said to have attended Freedom High School.
A witness at the scene was quoted by Channel 10 as saying the women were naked, hogtied to each other and found in a pool of blood.
