More Photos to Be Released From Julie Schenecker Case?
Media wants to see additional images from New Tampa crime scene.

A host of crime-scene photos from the Julie Schenecker case – the New Tampa mother who pleaded not guilty to shooting her teenage children to death in January - were released to the media early this week.
Now, a judge is mulling whether to release an additional 80 photos the media did not get to see, according to www.tbo.com. There is a court order calling for the photos to be handed over but prosecutors argued that “they are concerned about a new state law that makes photographs depicting the killing of a person exempt from public record,” the story says.
But an attorney for the Tampa Tribune, WFLA News Channel 8 and www.tbo.com says the photos should be released and that the law only pertains to pictures of actual killings rather than the aftermath, according to the piece.
