Neal Signature Homes Ends Year Strong With Plans to Double Sales in 2015

Neal Signature Homes (www.nealsignaturehomes.com), a semi-custom, luxury homebuilder, sold 40 new homes with an average sales price of $812,000 in 2014, with plans to sell more than 80 homes in 2015.

“When we launched this new brand in 2014, we spent most of the year retooling and refining the business,” said Randy Turkovics, president of Neal Signature Homes. “As we refocus our home product lineup and open several new communities in 2015, we expect to sell between 80-90 homes in the New Year,” said Turkovics.

The luxury homebuilder plans to accomplish the increase by bringing on communities where they are the exclusive builder, expanding its options and floor plans to include slightly lower priced homes in the $550-$650,000 range, and entering new markets like Hillsborough County. In the first quarter of 2015, Neal Signature Homes will unveil four new models in four new communities.

“Historically, this brand has primarily operated within Lakewood Ranch, which continues to be a very successful market for us,” said Turkovics. “Next year, we will expand outside the Ranch into several new communities like Wildgrass in Sarasota, River Wind in Manatee County and MiraBay in Hillsborough.”

The homebuilder will continue its strong presence in Lakewood Ranch with homesites and models in the Lakewood Ranch Country Club and Country Club East.

“We have made a huge commitment in Country Club East where we will close on two groups of homesites totaling about $12 million during the first quarter of 2015. We have eight sites left in the original Country Club’s Highfield neighborhood as well.”

Neal Signature Homes also builds in the Boca Royale Country Club in Englewood, The Inlets, University Park and The Concession in Manatee County. Additionally, the homebuilder offers “on your lot” building services to buyers in southwest Florida who have already purchased their own homesite.
