New Chase Bank to Open in October

Work seems to be continuing apace at the site of a future Chase Bank branch in New Tampa.

The forthcoming location at 5205 Cypress Preserve Drive — on the corner of Bruce B. Downs Boulevard — is slated to open Oct. 22. It will replace an existing branch one mile to the south at City Plaza.

According to the city, the new single-story structure will be 4,396 square feet and will include a drive-through. Cypress Preserve Drive will provide the only access point to the business.
