New Tampa Trainer Now Facing Second Count of Sexual Battery

James Elbert Williams, Cory Lake Drive, busted today by U.S. Marshals in Arkansas.

The New Tampa fitness trainer arrested July 1 for sexual battery against a female client was taken into custody again today after a second client accused him of the same crime.

James Elbert Williams III was busted around 1:30 p.m. today by U.S. Marshals at the Peabody Hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas, according to a news release from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

during a personal training session at Club Tone, 5038 Linebaugh Ave. Williams was booked at Orient Road Jail, but posted $50,500 bond and was released on July 2.

Since then, at least one other woman has come forward with the same allegations against Williams. As a result, Hillsborough County Sheriff's detectives issued a warrant for the arrest of Williams, who had fled.

Williams was booked at the Pulaski County Jail in Arkansas earlier today. U.S. Marshals had located him based on information from Hillsborough County, according to the news release.

Detectives are asking for anyone who has had contact with the suspect and believes they may be a victim of a crime to contact the Sheriff's Office at (813) 247-8200.
