Photo Released of New Tampa Bank Robbery Suspect
The crime happened early Monday evening.
The Tampa Police Department has released a surveillance shot of the man wanted in connection with a Monday bank robbery in New Tampa.
The incident happened around 5:21 p.m. at Chase Bank, 5205 Cypress Preserve Drive. Police say the man got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
He is described as a Hispanic male who stands about 5 feet, 10 inches in height. He weighs about 180 pounds and was last seen wearing a dark hoodie, dark sweatpants with a white stripe, white sneakers and an orange knit ski cap. He also had silver wire framed glasses.
