The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have announced their new head coach: Rutgers University Head Coach Greg Schiano.
While Schiano made great strides with the Rutgers University football program, he has zero NFL experience and has gone 28-48 in the Big East. SI.com columnist Michael Rosenberg called the move "the most baffling NFL coaching hire I can remember." But the Bucs say Schiano's reputation as a disciplinarian is just what the organization needs right now.
