Spotlight on Parks: Compton Park

Sitting behind , Compton Park is reserved for Tampa Palms residents (areas I and II only).

It boasts tennis courts and basketball courts, a volleyball court, playground equipment and shaded picnic areas. There is also a junior Olympic-size heated pool and pool deck populated by children and families. Some stately trees dot the property and there is a large pond with deck that provides a chance for peaceful respites. And don’t forget the clubhouse with weight area and general-purpose room with kitchen facilities.

ID cards are mandatory here and supplied by the park attendant. Compton Park is at 16101 Compton Drive.
