Trenam Kemker Launches Client-Centric Website as Part of Modernization Strategy
Trenam Kemker continues efforts to modernize practices with new website focused on advancing communications and resources.
Tampa, Fla., July 28, 2014 – Trenam Kemker is pleased to announce the launch of its new website as a continuation of the firm’s measures to modernize its practices, communications and platforms to better serve clients across the state of Florida. With prominently displayed access to client testimonials, case studies and the firm’s “Code of Client Commitment,” the new website serves as a central resource to resolving complex problems for middle-market businesses. The firm has also launched a mobile version of the updated website, which can be accessed at www.trenam.com.
“In preparation of this website launch, we conducted several rounds of client interviews in order to shape the site in such a way that strengthens and supports our clients’ total business effort,” said J. Eric “Tate” Taylor, chair of Trenam Kemker’s Executive Board. “Our attorneys take exceptional interest in our clients’ objectives, both in their businesses, legal matters and within the community. As we continue to improve our internal practices to meet these needs, we are excited to develop additional cutting-edge tools focused on the same end, such as this new client-centered website.”
Among the new additions to the firm’s website are the client testimonials on the front page. While law firm websites traditionally avoid direct mention of client names, photos of some of Trenam Kemker’s clients alongside their experiences with the firm are prominently displayed on the website’s homepage.

The firm’s Code of Client Commitment is another new addition to the site, outlining and explaining the five core tenets to Trenam Kemker’s client service philosophy, including “understanding your business,” “certainty,” “responsive,” “accessible” and “deadlines.”
In addition to the added sections, the firm has refined the website’s existing functions, including adding more accessible attorney and practice searches. The attorney biographies and practice group descriptions have also been altered to clearly and concisely outline the firm’s representative and quantitative experience handling the legal issues that matter to the firm’s client-base of mid-sized businesses.
