USF Oliver Gallery Presents “Indigestion” Art Exhibition by Ella Dizdarevic, Marc Bridger, Stephanie Arner, Katie Lombard

The use of drawing, print, ceramics, installation, and interactivity of the works subtly critiques the influence of consumerism in American stereotyping, particularly in family dynamics, politics, and the ethical treatment of oneself and the environment. The pieces together form a narrative which starts by critiquing American materialism and gluttony. It further delves deeper into consumerism as being part of our everyday nihilistic behavior through the consumption of technology and media.
