Voters: Renew Vote by Mail Requests
Hillsborough's Supervisor of Elections office mailed out more than 270,000 Vote By Mail requests this week.

From the Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections:
Recent changes to state law now require most voters to renew their request for a Vote By Mail Ballot. This week, the Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections Office mailed out more than 270,000 Vote By Mail requests to voters who either requested a ballot in the past, or voted early in recent elections.
"Since the 2010 General Election served as the expiration period for many Vote
By Mail requests, we wanted to inform voters of the new law, and provide them
with the opportunity to continue to enjoy the comfort and convenience of Vote
By Mail. Vote By Mail gives all registered voters the opportunity and luxury
of sitting down with their ballot, researching and studying the candidates or
issues, and voting from the comfort and convenience of home," said Earl
Lennard, Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections.
All registered voters are eligible to Vote By Mail.
Voters who wish to request, renew, or check the status of their existing
ballot request may do so by contacting the Hillsborough County Supervisor of
Elections Office at (813) 612-4180, or by logging on to www.VoteHillsborough.org.
