is lauding the success of its Math team at the district-wide Spring Math Bowl earlier this month.

Wharton came in second, only to be bested by King's IB students, according to Wharton. Additionally:

  • The Geometry team took 2nd place with Luana Isaac taking a 6th place individual trophy.
  • The Algebra 2 team took 5th place with Jared Bell taking a 12th place trophy and Michael Riccardi taking a 3rd place trophy.
  • The Precalculus team took 5th place with Jennifer Kaczmarek taking a 15th place trophy and Matt Kroeze taking a 9th place trophy.
  • The Calculus team took 4th place with Stephen Hong taking an 11th place trophy and Ben Hsu taking a 15th place trophy.
