Wharton's Cross Country Girls Team Qualifies For Regionals
The girls placed third in the 4A District Cross Country meet on Nov. 4.
The Wharton High School Girls placed 3rd in the 4A District cross country meet on Nov. 4 at Ed Radice Park. This means they now move on to regionals, held Nov. 12 in Sarasota. Wharton's boys team finished fourth on Nov. 4 and did not qualify for regionals as a team, though Jayren Barginere did qualify as an individual.
