GOODWILL TO HOST GRAND OPENING OF NEW KISSIMMEE STORE
Organization to Unveil 16,800-Square-Foot Retail Space on Feb. 12
WHAT:
On Thursday, Feb. 12, Goodwill Industries of Central Florida (GICF) will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony to welcome the community to an enhanced customer and employee experience at its new Osceola County store – located at 105 W. Vine St. in Kissimmee.
The 16,800-square-foot retail space will continue GICF’s mission of “Building Lives that Work” by creating jobs in the community and providing on-the-job training and career placement support to people on public assistance through a partnership with CareerSource Central Florida.
GICF’s former storefront on 1356 E. Vine St. is temporarily serving as a Donation Xpress Center where people can drop off their gently used clothes and household items. In 2025, Goodwill diverted more than 25 million pounds of goods from local landfills.
