Here are the top five stories today in Orlando:
1. A real estate agent who specialized in selling second homes in Kissimmee was charged with breaching the Capitol during the January 6 Insurrection on Capitol Hill. 45-year-old Matthew Montalvo has been arrested and faces several federal charges related to entering a restricted building. (Orlando Weekly)
2. A body was found along an Osceola County road Wednesday morning, according to Florida Highway Patrol. Troopers said the body was found near St. Cloud Village Court and US-192. An investigation is now underway. (Click Orlando)
3. Attorney Ben Crump held a press conference on the death of 14-year-old Tyre Sampson saying, "We wanted it to be on the record that the reason Tyre Sampson was killed, is because these corporations put profit over safety. When you put profit over safety, it is foreseeable that harm will come to innocent people, innocent children." There is a lawsuit now underway against ICON Park, along with the Slingshot Group, which owns the FreeFall, the ride builder, Keator Construction, and Funtime Handels, the Austrian company that created it. 4. Crews recovering a helicopter that crashed in Lake Apopka Tuesday said they discovered a mysterious second copter in the water on Wednesday morning. Deputies said the crew does not know how or when the second helicopter went down. They said they also do not know if anyone was on board when it happened. (WFTV)
5. Orlando Science Center will once again offer a discount admission day starting May 1 with $10 admission. The discount includes admission to all 4 floors of exhibits and live programming. Tickets are limited and available in advance online. (Bay News 9)

- Orange County commissioners successfully netted the four votes needed to approve a ballot measure for Mayor Jerry Demings' penny sales tax to improve transportation issues. The measure passed in a 4-3 vote Tuesday night after four hours of public testimony and 40 public comments. (WESH)
- The Isley Brothers are heading to Apoka in Central Florida this fall for the Heart & Soul Music Festival. They will be joined by Howard Hewett, Con Funk Shun, and Leela James. (Orlando Weekly)
- Jacob Schumer, an attorney at Shepard, Smith, Kohlmyer & Hand, in Maitland, says that Disney is right about the special district bill saying, "Under the constitution, a state can't basically promise to bond holders that they're going to respect the debt. And then eliminate the district that took out that debt." (WMFE)
- Lake County library system says they will forgive library card fines during May 2022 in exchange food donations and items, such as hygiene and baby products and packaged pet food. (WFTV)
