McCree Begins Construction on Nemours Medical Office Building
Nemours Medical Facility Begins Construction in Winter Garden.
Orlando, Fla., February 07, 2018 - McCree General Contractors & Architects, Inc. is currently constructing a new 12,200 square foot medical office within the Sonata West Campus, located at 2020 Daniels Road in Winter Garden, Fla. The building is adjacent to Sonata Senior Living’s assisted living and independent living communities and completes the final phase of the Sonata West campus.
Nemours has committed to lease and occupy the entire building. Operationally, Nemours Children’s Specialty Care will provide a full spectrum of pediatric services to families in West Orange County.

The $3.5 million design-build project is expected to be completed during the 2nd quarter of this year.
