Park Maitland School Donates 10,000 Food and Hygiene Items
Students donated items they collected to Killarney Elementary School, Catalina Elementary School and Christian Service Center
Students at Park Maitland School recently collected more than 10,000 food and personal hygiene items to benefit children in need this holiday season. On Nov. 20, a group of Park Maitland School students delivered a donation of more than 6,000 items to Killarney Elementary School’s food pantry. On Nov. 25, Park Maitland School staff delivered more than 1,800 items to Christian Service Center in Orlando. Additionally, students bundled more than 2,300 food and hygiene items they collected into kits for Catalina Elementary School families. Through these initiatives, students learned the importance of helping their community.
