Watson LLP Adds Three Seasoned Attorneys to the Orlando Team
Watson LLP welcomes Ronika J. Carter, Alberto T. Montequin and Leia V. Leitner to the firm's Orlando office.
Watson LLP announces the additions of Ronika J. Carter, Alberto T. Montequin and Leia V. Leitner to the firm's Orlando office. Carter and Montequin enhance the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law practices, and Leitner boosts the firm's Business Litigation and Qui Tam practice.

Carter counsels clients involved in intellectual property transactions, corporate transactions, sports law and videogame law. Prior to joining the firm, she was employed by an Am Law 100 law firm, as well as at an entertainment law boutique firm. Carter earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her law degree from the University of Virginia.

Montequin’s diverse legal background includes a unique blend of corporate law, financial services, intellectual property and environmental law. He has additional experience counseling hedge funds and other clients with matters related to the Dodd-Frank Act. Prior to joining Watson LLP, Montequin worked for the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Environmental Protection Agency. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from the University of North Carolina.
Leitner is an experienced complex commercial litigator in both federal and state courts. Her practice is focused on qui tam actions under the federal False Claims Act and government investigations. Leitner earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California and her law degree from Florida A&M University.
