GoFundMe for Neighborhood Dog

I am writing on behalf of my sister who is a resident of Whispering Pines.  Her dog was attacked brutally in her yard while behind a privacy fence by another neighbor who was walking his dogs. He didn't help her and left the scene. Zeus had emergency surgery last week for his wounds and although he did make it, had to be readmitted to the emergency hospital today. His vet bills are now nearing $8K.  She is disabled and has a disabled son.
