Chamarr West is an employee of Miami-Dade County Community Action and Human Services Department (CAHSD) since 2009. West serves in the role of Community Family Service Worker at the Culmer Community Resource Center in Historic Overtown. He supports CAHSD customers with case assessment and management, tax preparation and emergency assistance. He is a coordinator and subject matter expert for the department's: Emergency Food and Shelter Program, Housing Assistance Grant, Miami Pandemic Assistance Program, Housing Assistance Network of Dade and CSBG COVID-19 Rental Assistance Program.
