Palmetto Bay Building Permit Applications

Beginning today, April 21st, Palmetto Bay will accept building permit applications at Village Hall from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. Village Hall continues to be closed to the public. However, permit applications and plans may be dropped off in the drop box located at the main entrance to Village Hall. Permit applications and plans may be dropped off during the specified times, Monday through Friday. We ask our residents to abide by social distance guidelines and remember that by county order, persons working in construction sites, such as your home, are required to wear facial coverings as defined by the CDC.
