Palmetto Bay Is One Step Closer To A Reduction In Its CRS Rating

YOU MAY HAVE MISSED IT, but Monday night, the Village Council adopted a Resolution allowing for the creation of the PPI, which brings the Village a step closer to a reduction of its CRS rating so that our residents may enjoy a 15% discount on their flood insurance.

What is PPI and CRS? Our staff will tell you all about it in this short video. By the way, we hear that you should watch until the end (as in after the credits.)
