August 19, 2020

Following the budgeted allocation of $350,000 by the Village Council for road resurfacing projects, an Invitation to Bid was issued by the Village soliciting cost proposals. On March 2, 2020, the Village Council passed Resolution 2020-40 approving the first 12 prioritized locations at a cost of $170,204.84, and the remaining funds for other locations throughout the Village as necessary. The project started in July and a total of 18 locations are nearing completion. The project scope included street resurfacing, pavement markings, striping placements and deletion of old pavement markings. Here’s a list of the project locations for this year’s resurfacing areas.
