POTENTIAL TROPICAL CYCLONE: The Miami-Dade County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is monitoring Potential Tropical Cyclone (PTC) 6  located 220 miles west of Guadeloupe and is moving WNW at 18 MPH with maximum sustained winds of 35 MPH.
