TROPICAL STORM FRED: The Miami-Dade County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is monitoring Tropical Storm Fred. Tropical Storm Fred is forecast to approach South Florida late Friday and Saturday. High uncertainty currently remains to define specific local impacts but increasing wind, rain and marine conditions are possible at this time.
