Village Passport Acceptance Facility

The Village’s Passport Acceptance Facility will be accepting walk-ins on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

All applicants will need to bring:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship: Original US Birth Certificate, previous US passport, or Naturalization Certificate (Original Birth Certificate is always required for minor applicants)

• Valid Proof of Identity: Driver’s license, State issued I.D., official military or government employee identification cards

• Two Passport Photo: 2x2 inches (Fee: $12.00)

• Cash, money order, or credit card (Fee: $35.00 for processing)

• A check or money order payable to: “U.S. Department of State” for passport fees (applications are available in person or online at: www.travel.state.gov)
