Water Pipes To Be Inspected Tonight In Miami-Dade County
The pipeline inspection begins at SW 64 St. and SW 87 Ave. and ends at SW 215 St. and SW 87 Ave.

March 4, 2021
The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) will inspect its water pipes starting tonight (March 4, 2021) at 9 pm until tomorrow morning at 5 am. Ten miles of pipelines are being inspected to identify and locate broken wire wraps within the length of pipes and prioritize any required repairs. The pipeline inspection begins at SW 64 St. and SW 87 Ave. and ends at SW 215 St. and SW 87 Ave. WASD will be in communication with the water plant to maintain normal water pressure. However, in the unlikely event that you notice cloudy water first thing tomorrow morning, then let the faucet run for 3-5 minutes until the water runs clear. If you have additional questions about your water quality, please call the WASD Lab at 786-552-4181.
