A Happy & Healthy New Year for All

T'was just before the new year and

All thru the land

People looked in their mirrors

To watch their bellies expand.

A cry rose out

With self loathing and self hate

And the rumble of....

"This year I am going to get this body in shape!"

So the flag was raised by one and all

To such a joyous cheer

Plans were being made

To even cut back on the beer.

We are going to work out

We are going to eat right

We are going to make all these flabby muscles

Nice, toned and tight.

Some were not sure

Where or how to begin

Some were just afraid

To step into a gym.

But fear not,

There are people who can help
