Palm Harbor, FL — July 19, 2025 — The Palm Harbor community is coming together to celebrate a historic milestone: the 100th anniversary of the naming of Palm Harbor. The celebration will take place in the Downtown Historic District and will feature a full day of events honoring the town’s past, present, and future.
The day will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the Palm Harbor Museum, where Commissioner Scott will read a commemorative proclamation marking this centennial occasion.
Following the ceremony, the festivities will continue from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Harbor Hall and the historic White Chapel. The Palm Harbor Main Street Association will host a family-friendly community event featuring local vendors, food trucks, nonprofit organizations, and more. This will be a great opportunity for residents and visitors alike to explore downtown, enjoy local flavors, and support small businesses.
In the evening, the celebration moves to Pop Stansell Park starting at 6:00 p.m. Guests can enjoy live music, food, beer, wine, and a spectacular fireworks finale.
