Commissioner Norm Roche Meets with Citizens
Pinellas County Commissioner Norm Roche organized an informal coffee chat Friday saying he wanted to meet his constituents in a casual setting.
Pinellas County Commissioner Norm Roche chatted with about a dozen residents Friday morning at Tiffany's Restaurant in Palm Harbor. Citizens ate breakfast and sipped coffee while talking with Roche about issues that are important to them.
Topics covered included the Pinellas Safe Harbor Homeless Shelter, the county budget and more.
Commissioner Roche organized the meeting saying that he wanted to meet his constituents in a casual setting. “There’s no substitute for talking face to face with the folks you work for,” he said.

Roche was elected to the Board of County Commissioners in 2010. At-large District 2 represents all of Pinellas County with a focus on northwest Pinellas including all or parts of Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Clearwater, Seminole, Belleair, Belleair Bluffs, Belleair Shore, Belleair Beach and other beach communities north of Indian Shores.
