Crystal Beach Couple Accused of Selling Prescription Drugs
Detectives say Frank Feitz and Tracy Mahoney fraudulently obtained 12,134 pills.
Pinellas County Sheriff's Detectives say an anonymous tip led them to a couple suspected of fraudulently obtaining 12,134 prescription pills over a one-year period.
Investigators say Tracy Mahoney, 42, and Frank Feitz, 44, were selling the pills out of their Crystal Beach home at 406 Maryland Ave.
Deputies arrested the couple at their residence Monday morning. Doctors and pharmacies cooperated with investigators, who say the couple fraudulently obtained thousands of pills from eight different doctors.

The pills the couple are accused of obtaining include:
- 8,937 Oxycodone tablets
- 2,327 Methadone tablets
- 720 Xanax tablets
- 150 Valium tablets
Detectives say that more charges are expected to be filed against the couple because of evidence seized at their home.

Feitz was arrested and charged with two counts of doctor shopping, two counts of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and four counts of trafficking Oxycodone. He is being held in the Pinellas County Jail on $110,000 bail.
Mahoney was arrested and charged with six counts of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and six counts of trafficking Oxycodone. She is being held in the Pinellas County Jail on $110,000 bail.
