Curlew Hills to Host Memorial Day Observance
9/11 World Trade Center Survivor Gregory Amira is scheduled to speak at Monday's service.

of Palm Harbor is will hold its 27th annual Memorial Day Service at 9:30am Monday, May 28. The moving observance program will be followed by refreshments. The event is free and the public is invited to attend.
Special guest speakers will include Capt. Gregory Amira – Retired U.S. Army Special Operations and 9/11 World Trade Center Survivor as well as Lieutenant Colonel Cynthia Cook, U.S. Army, Central Command MacDill Air Force Base.
Local Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops will place flags on veterans’ graves prior to the event on Saturday, May 26 at 10:00 am. This is an annual tradition of Curlew Hills' Memorial Day services and helps the Scout troops achieve merit badges.
