Deadline Wednesday: Citrus Festival Queen Pageant Applications

Applicants should have paperwork submitted to the Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce by 4pm, Wednesday, March 7.

Do you have a desire to be the Queen of the Palm Harbor Citrus Festival? If so, you better get your application in soon, time is running out. Applicants should have paperwork submitted to the Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce by 4pm, Wednesday, March 7.

This year's Citrus Festival is set for March 29-April 11. The Miss Palm Harbor Citrus Festival Queen and all members of the court are required to be a part of the festival activities and other activities as needed during the year.

Here are a few things applicants should know-

  • The contest is open to all females ages 14-18 in grades 9 through 12.
  • Contestants must be a resident of Palm Harbor, Ozona, or Crystal Beach -OR- they must attend Palm Harbor University High or East Lake High School.
  • Contestants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 (proof required)
  • Contestants must have proof of community volunteer hours

  1. Photo (no larger than 5" x 7")
  2. Completed Application with Attached Biography
  3. Signed Rules & Regulations
  4. Copy of Latest Report Card
  5. $35 Entry Fee

If you think you will not be able to make the submission deadline, call the Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce office, they might be able to make an exception.
