Detectives Seek Witnesses to Deadly Shooting
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office is looking for potential witnesses to Tuesday morning's shooting on Alderman Road involving three deputies and an armed suspect.

Detectives with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office would like to speak with several people who are believed to have witnessed a shooting about 7 a.m. Tuesday on Alderman Road between U.S. 19 and Belcher Road.
Deputies had pulled over Edward Warren DiGrandi, who was driving a gold 2011 Toyota Camry with Ohio plates.Β Investigators say DiGrandi pointed a gun at the deputies and the deputies shot him, killing him.
Detectives examined the dashboard video from deputy cruisers and have identified several vehicles and a bicyclist who were in the area at the time of the shooting.

Detectives would like to speak to possible witnesses who fit these descriptions:
- Driver and passengers in a red pickup at Grove and Alderman roads
- Driver and passengers in a white pickup westbound on Alderman Road
- Driver and passengers in a dark crossover SUV westbound on Alderman RoadΒ
- A white man riding a bicycle westbound on Alderman Road
