Diego Rivera Murals Headed to Palm Harbor Library
A traveling exhibit of Diego Rivera murals is scheduled to go on display in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.

visitors will soon be able to see the works of artist, Diego Rivera, who is considered a national treasure of Mexico.
A traveling exhibit of Rivera's works will make a stop at the library in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. The murals will be on display during the week of Oct. 3-7.
Rivera used brilliant colors and bold shapes to paint giant murals that expressed his opinions on society and life.

The display will celebrate art, Spanish language, Mexican culture and history and will feature the mural, "Sunday Afternoon in Alameda Park".
Funding for the exhibit was provided by Friends of the Library.
