Dogs Take Over Dunedin for Dogtoberfest
The annual Suncoast Animal League event attracted a large crowd of canines… and people, too!
Great fall weather helped make Dunedin's Highlandler Park the perfect setting for the annual Dogtoberfest.
Dogs of all breeds and sizes attended the event. More than 25 pooches and one lone possum competed in the costume contest. Other activities included the "Running of the Wieners" and a costume contest, which featured some pretty creative costumes (see photo slideshow).
Dunedin Patch Editor, Katie Dolac served as a judge for the costume contest.
